  • Delivery Time: Orders within Nairobi are delivered within 1-3 business days, while deliveries outside Nairobi take 3-7 business days, depending on location and courier availability.
  • Shipping Fees: Fees vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Address: Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Incorrect information may lead to delays or additional charges.
  • Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, re-delivery may be subject to additional charges.

7. Returns and Refunds Policy

A. Returns Policy

  • Return Eligibility: Items may be returned if:
    ✅ The wrong product was delivered.
    ✅ The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
    ✅ The product is not as described on our website.
  • Return Window: Customers must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
